THE INTERNET WILLS TERMS & CONDITIONS By agreeing to the terms and conditions you are accepting the following agreement. Returns Policy You will have no cancellation rights after your credit card has been processed as the Will has been electronically generated and made available to you. Up until then you are under no obligation to purchase. If you are unhappy with the legality of your Will, you will be entitled to a full money back guarantee providing that you are within 30 days of purchasing. Data Protection To maintain the strictest confidentiality and not to pass on your name or details to any other organisation without your express written permission. The Company is registered under the Data Protection Act 1984, and therefore all information disclosed to us will remain totally confidential. Legal Responsibility We will not take responsibility for ensuring the validity of your Will. The signing of your Will (the Execution) must be carried out according to the law of England and Wales in order for your Will to be valid. All Wills will be supplied to you with full written instructions of how these should be completed. Above all, it is your responsibility to ensure that the Will document is legal and we take no responsibility in the event of your death, your will is dismissed. Use Of Information Your contact information will not be given to any third party. This means that we will not forward or disclose anything that you submit into our website. We do however reserve the right to contact you ourselves regarding matters involving problems with your will, in the event that you quit your will writing at any point after the terms and conditions are accepted or if your will is completed and we think that you may need further assistance. Legal Wills In order for us to produce for you an effective legal document you are required to disclose all relevant facts and answers to all questions asked. We shall not accept liability in respect of information which was not disclosed on the form, and which comes to light at a later date as being of relevance and which may effect the validity or content of your Will. Company Policy We are committed to providing you with a high quality service. An essential part of that service is that we will communicate effectively with you and that you are kept informed of progress. We operate a full Customer Care Service of which all our staff are fully aware and we maintain a full complaints procedure to which any complaint should first of all be addressed. If the matter is unable to be resolved to your satisfaction you may refer it, in writing, to The Director General, The Society of Will Writers. Your Will You confirm that you are over the age of 18 years and are of sound mind. If you are not over the age of 18 or of sound mind your Will is void and we hold no responsibility for loss of estate incurred because of this. The information given on your will must be correct and to be used for you last will and testament. In addition to appointments, legacies, conditions and distribution of residue you agree to your executors and trustees having normal powers to aid the administration of your estate. You agree that you know you know of no other trusts or constraints which would prevent your estate being distributed as you have requested.
